Our meeting in trento was with a Contact I made in San Francisco last month. Emanuele is a Vinegar and Food exporter to the usa. we had a great meeting about vinegar and marketing and finished He day with a great dinner with him and his wife Franchesca.
that day we went to the trento wine region and drove high enough to get to the snow line.
next day was drive to Bolzano to see oswin from the univesity there. we managed to get a brief look at the ICEman who was found in ice buried For 5000 years.
to get to barolo we had to drive over the alps. Right up to the Snow at 1600 metres.
In Barolo now having the best meetings with local Wlnemakers. they all love our Nebbiolo and are ssprised how good it is for an Australian wine !!!!
